Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Digital Products & Services
Once a digital product (e.g., downloadable content, online workshop access, digital templates) has been purchased and delivered, no refunds will be issued.
Please make sure to review all product descriptions and demos (if available) before purchasing.
2. Event or Webinar Registrations
- Cancellations made at least 72 hours before the event start time are eligible for a 50% refund.
- No refunds will be issued for cancellations made within 72 hours of the event or for no-shows.
3. Customized Services
For services like consultations, training, or commissioned content:
- Refunds are not applicable once the service has started or materials have been shared.
- Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the start date will receive an 80% refund.
4. Order Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled within 1 hour of placing them, provided that:
- The order has not yet been processed or fulfilled.
- A valid cancellation request is sent via email to [support@kuchhbhiindia.shop] within the timeframe.
5. Eligibility for Refund
Refunds (where applicable) will only be processed:
- To the original payment method.
- After validating the request and verifying purchase records.
- Within 7–10 working days from approval.
